Level 1: The Basics/how to get started

 

Learning how to introduce this sport to your students, the key points, the first exercises and games. The important basic details.

 

Length: 2 appointments of 3hrs each

TOT: 6 hrs

 

Cost: $90

+ 20% Discounts (minimum) on your first purchase of armbands and hit balls

 

When? April - May 2016

Where? Seacliff Primary School hall, Brighton Rd, Seacliff, SA.

Level 2: How to Umpire

 

Learning/practicing to umpire Hit Ball.

To access to this course it is mandatory to have participated to the Lev 1 wkp

 

Length: 2 appointments of 2hrs or 1 appointment of 4hrs

TOT: 4 hrs

 

Cost: $ 70 (including the Official Hit Ball rules)

 

When? May 2016

Level 3: How to train your students

 

Learning the drills, more exercises and games.

How to teach the correct hitting technique and the proper movements on the court.

First glimpse of applied strategy.

What to look for to get better results and how to correct recurring errors.

To access to this course it is mandatory to have participated to the Lev 1 and Lev 2 wkps.

 

Length: 2 appointments of 2hrs each

TOT: 4 hrs

 

Cost: $70

+ 4 free sessions to our weekly training gatherings are included.
